Started writing To Azur two years ago, mostly on trains in and to France, fascinated by the sounds of nature and water, close to the sea, working on my inner tension.

Always knew that this music belongs together and I wanted to release it — never stopped doing little changes until the time was right, trying not to lose the emotions within. Now released via 110100100.global.

I gathered all the material and did several live performances. The set is still evolving and more performances are planned. A release is in the making as well.

This track wouldn’t exist without artistic exchange — teaching each other new techniques, sharing musical influences, and dragging each other out of pattern-like behaviours by showing new perspectives. Dear Edr a Lf is therefore dedicated to and heavily influenced by two persons — thank you for being you and for your input on this track!

All in all, I am really thankful for working in collective projects and for all the knowledge exchangers in real life or on the internet.

The track is released on Nebula — the latest compilation by Signal Weltfunk — curated by Huong Federkeil and shaped by the label collective. Another case of the power of group dynamics.

About: Nebula tries to give a small insight into a worldwide connected underground network of artists shaping the future of electronic music – on Compact Disc format.

Created the soundtrack for the first part *WUNDEN* with Huong Federkeil.

Divided into three acts, the project explores specific parameters of disgust. The first act focuses on wounds and injuries, the second on mould and rotting materials, and the third on parasites, micro-organisms and vermin.

The sound installation was presented at the beginning of a Matinée by architect and artist Mathias Kreibich at Campestraße 10 in 2024. Curation by Emilia Kreibich.

Four sound monitors were positioned in the room and individually played with previously recorded sounds and a probability pad patch. This created a particularly exciting, multi-layered sound space with interesting overlays and frequency compositions in an impressive three-storey stairwell.

*Absence Presence* A fusion reminiscent of early 90's IDM and break elements crafts a vibrant panorama echoing the elusive interplay of varied emotions within its transient and pulsating layers.

For the soundtrack of *AEON*, I employed vintage tape recorders and a minimalist sound design approach to echo the film’s central theme of memory. This restrained sonic landscape creates space for the film’s powerful imagery to unfold and resonate.

The 10-minute documentary explores how humans seek symbolic immortality through memory. Using the memorial diamond as a central motif, the film examines this idea from psychological and religious perspectives within Western culture. Through interviews, observational scenes, and visual metaphors, *AEON* reflects on how we anchor ourselves in the memories of others.

How do we perceive the sounds of the city? How used are we to the everyday noise of traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city? The rustling of leaves on trees, the twittering of birds and the splashing of water have a calming effect. What happens when these stark contrasts collide?

Insights

For IIH-Transmission we improvised live and distanced on a table tennis table at Heizhaus, Nuremberg. The result is a ping-pong of sound fragments, ambient-like sounds and minimal, polyrhythmic beats.
