Pumpkin Curry ~

  1. Mince the onion, garlic, and ginger, and fry it in the pan for 3 minutes
  2. Chop up the carrots and pepper, then add it to the pan, and fry for a further 5 minutes
  3. Add all spices, passata, pumpkin puree, vegetable broth, and coconut milk
  4. Let simmer on low heat for 8 minutes until the veggies are tender

Cauliflower Gratin ~

  1. Chop up the cauliflower, feta- and mozzarella cheese
  2. Bake the cauliflower heads and feta cheese for 20 minutes at 180°C, stirring the gratin every 10 miuntes
  3. Mix in the herbs, add the mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for a further 10 minutes

Feta Spaghetti ~

  1. Mince the garlic and onion
  2. Fry it in the pan for 3 minutes
  3. Add the tomato puree and feta cheese, mix in the herbs, and let it cook for 10 minutes
  4. Prepare the Pasta and douse it in the sauce
