This line is a part of a very large circle

In order to understand the dynamic of the social process and characteristic structure of the modern state, we must view individuals in the culture that informs them. A good approach for this analysis is to observe the interaction between economicand psycho-social factors. The discourses comprising the social in a society appear prima Facie: in a simplified abstraction as a fixed totality. terms such as center, periphery, emerging market, and development area regarded as signifiers in structural linguistics and semiotics if and only if we attemt to draw a diplomatic line.

Silk road dreams

The disintgration of the Soviet Union in 1991 brought a significant economic boom for the Transcaucasian region, helping to advance its autonomous petroleum and natural gas supply to the West.Since 2006, petroleum flows through the Transcaucasian BTC pipeline from Baku to Tiflis into Turkey. The BTC pipeline was planned to be a silk road of energy, initially seeming an advantage for all involved, albeit an immense dilemma for the region. Rival powers such as the U:S. Russia, China, the EU, Turkey, and Great Britan are interested in gaining access to the cheap oil on the Caspian Sea. Whereas China with its Belt and Road initiative is aiming to open the gateway to Centarl Asia, the West simultaneously hopes to gain independence from Gulf state crude oil through the BTC pipeline. Georgia is the only South Caucasian state with access to the open sea and is thus is an imortant nodal point in economic policy conflicts. It has benn degraded to a pure transit country, and the Great Powers regard and exploit the Caucasus as a mere object of military control. At the same time the country aspires to the values of the West, desiring secession from Russia and the dissolution of old structures of dependency. Yet continuing military intervention in Georgia, Russia impedes the country`s stability ans sovereingnty as the culture and economy in the South Caucasian region stagnates due to enduring unrest.

I would rather prefer not to !

I'm struggling for clarity about my present situation and am looking for an ideal compromise. The desire to define the qualities of pipelines is like claiming to be able to determine a chameleon's color. It remind me either of a cyborg hand i saw as a child in a Terminator movie-the supposedly intact object appears as if the alination of the human didn't happen yet-or of a shiny insect that can take on the color and shape of a part of its habiat, thereby becoming unrecognizable to its enemies. This double reading isnt't simpy a compromise interested only in breaking free from subdud aggression. Old issues return like lightning regarding pipelines and their destructive potencial. Pipelines are rarely neutral, they aren't born in a vacuum. They reflect worldviews, economic inequalities, labor, and the class conflicts involved therein, the language of the analysis of economic power and much more. Nature is totally managed, domesticated, and calculated; these cold codes are immanent to pipelines. Third, Fourth, Periphery, Center, Semi-periphery-sttused figures of speech that traverse the worls like a fatalisic fracture to attain a fixes, hegemonic, totalitarian identity. " I would rather prefer not to" my answer, aiming to liberate the world from the bourgeois pathology. And the radically refused to the end! Rusa Morke !
