We took a somewhat early train to Vienna and eventually arrived at Vienna Main Station at approximately 5 p.m. My aunt picked us up, and we drove to her flat in the outskirts of Vienna. My girlfriend and I were very exhausted from the long train ride, so we went to bed fairly early that day in eager anticipation of the next day. Tomorrow would be the third time i'd attend the yearly ComicCon in the "Messehallen" Vienna.22/11/2024
We arrived really early at the location the next day. There was an incredibly long line of people in front of the entry point, and we had to wait quite a long time to get into the event, but whilst we were waiting, we could already see all the phenomenal cosplayers who attended the convention. After getting in, we strolled around the convention for a few hours and checked out everything the convention had to offer. We were especially interested in all the freelancer and fan art stores. We talked to a few of the creators there and had some nice conversations about their work. I really enjoyed the Star Trek area and the Lego creation area.23/11/2024
On Sunday we already had to leave again because we both had school the next day. We took a train in the evening, which we nearly missed, but eventually we were sitting in the cozy train seats and travelled home with a bag full of acquired goods. I purchased four pieces of art by some very talented artists I met in the comic hall.
