The New Year brings not only a fresh start but also the end of the semester The start of the year marks not just a new beginning, but also the upcoming end of the semester. After the semester break, it will be time to put the final touches on the semester projects and keep the Semester Exhibition on January 23, 2025, in mind. This requires planning, resilience, and perseverance.

A new year, a new me? Not quite—new goals! The new year is a wonderful opportunity to redefine and manifest personal and professional ambitions. Whether it’s through a vision board, a bucket list, or simply a note on your phone, the key lies in clearly defining your goals.

As part of my planned semester abroad, I applied for a DAAD scholarship, which required me to submit a selection of my work. I created a portfolio showcasing three projects from the past months. This was great practice, as I’ll also need a portfolio to apply for internships in the winter.
