It has been a while since i visited an art museum. The last one was the Lenbachhaus in Munich. I really can recommend this one. It was a great experience to experience the work of the famous expressionistic german artist-association: "Der blaue Reiter". I was surprised that they also have some works of Alfred Kubin, one of my favorit artists. But the highlight was clearly the portrait of the dancer Alexander Sacharoff by Alexej von Jawlensky. The colors are so bright, you could see this painting in far distance across multiple hallways even it isn’t that huge! I kinda fell in love with it so I had to buy an art-print which hangs directly over my desk now.
